The motorcyclist’s festival ‘Index Of Desperate Riders 2022’ (IODR) is an event that is eagerly awaited by two-wheel fans all over the globe. What started off five years ago as a local event has now become an international festival in its own right. IODR pays homage to the biker-culture and attracts over 10,000 participants from across the planet.
This year, the festival will kick-off on 12th of October 2022 in Amsterdam and will culminate on the 20th of October. The locations for this year’s IODR are Bemmelen, France, and Rome, Italy. Riders from different countries will gather to three locations to compete in the Cross-Country Rally Race, Street StreetRace, Test Hill Climb and Enduro EnduroX.
The IODR events are scheduled during the Day and Night. Riders can participate in any of the events and have an array of options to choose from. The organizers have arranged several support activities during the Day that include aid stations, rest stops, bike rental, and bike repairs onsite. During the Night, there will be Riders’ Night Parties, track-side seating and light show.
The organizers will take all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of riders. All riders will be provided with the necessary safety equipment such as helmets, jackets, gloves and boots, prior to joining the IODR. There will also be a team of medical providers and bike mechanics onsite at all times for any medical or technical support.
