This past December, the sixth session of the important School-Technical Council (Consejo Técnico Escolar or CTES) concluded with several approved and contested products. This can be understood as the results of all the collaborations, consultations and discussions held throughout the session by the members of the CTES.
Regarding the results obtained during the 6th Session of the CTES 2019, the CTES approved various curricular products aimed at the development of new teaching methodologies, making the school curriculum more flexible, with a greater response to the demands of students in the region.
In addition, the CTES also approved a series of disciplinary measures to ensure the full compliance of the new curricular order and the general normativity and regulations of the educational institution.
Finally, the CTES noted the presence of contested and unfavorable products that were pending further analyses and modifications, in order to later present them again at the next session of the CTES for a final decision. In this way, this session ended with some positive results, although some of the most important projects remain to be approved.
The School-Technical Council is a central and very important organism in the educational system, and the success of the 6th CTES Session 2019 is an example of the hard and collaborative work of those who attend. This session was organized, coordinated and managed with great efficiency, and it has been taken into account by regional and national educational authorities.
